Systematic yoga sessions helped throughout my pregnancy journey

Antenatal Yoga

I stared practicing yoga from Dr Bijaya Bhattacharya from April last week (3rd month of pregnancy) till day before my delivery.

Joining yoga in my early pregnancy and the systematic way of yoga sessions arranged by ma’am helped thorough out my pregnancy journey so well. It helped me cope up with all my anxiety issues and Body aches and lead my journey be very active.

With this I delivered a healthy baby boy on Oct 1st. Yoga has helped me post delivery recovery as well.
